Appy Saude is an Angola-based startup that is aimed at taking the country’s health sector to another level. The startup was launched in April 2017 and it offers the largest database of healthcare facilities in the country, commanding a total of more than 7000 medical facilities listed in the platform.
Since 2017, the startup has been coming up with outstanding features with users now able to find, research and book doctor’s appointments as well as locate and reserve medical products for pick up. It has also partnered with the country’s largest mobile operator; Unitel, to allow access for the 12 million users without any cost.
Their main mission is to ‘simplify peoples’ lives by providing our users with useful and reliable information‘ and also to provide important and reliable health information to make people’s lives easier.
They have been able to achieve this with a simplified menu that allows you to find the useful information about healthcare centers in Angola. The application is available for download through the Google Play Store.
It is worthy of note however, that Appy Saude is a first of its kind, as there is no other startup in the country that operates in the same ground as they do.
