When Harold Okwa, a Nigerian entrepreneur was doing his executive MBA at Cass business school in London, he realized the negative impact of excessive charges on aircraft in Nigeria and the toll it was taking on its users.He dreaded the situation so much that he started thinking of an optional ideal way of flying as he realized that Nigerian charter rates are way more expensive than what obtains in other countries.

Harold studied economics and management at the University of Bristol, England and did his executive MBA at Cass business school.His experience of moving from Abuja to London for his monthly course birthed his idea of solving African problems of getting around with ease at an affordable rate.
He founded Jetseta in 2015, a company that provides easy and affordable access to private air travel and helicopter shuttle services through a mobile app that seamlessly connects travelers to private aviation providers at attractive fares worldwide.

Harold and his team developed two apps, one for business aviation operators to post details on the Jetseta platform and the second one for the public to fill in their requirements on executive aircrafts. In other words, a private jet and helicopter charter broker.In his words, Harold described Jetseta as an information company that sells info for business aviation. His airline service has extended to other African countries like Burkina Faso, Gambia, South Africa among others.

Harold is also the founder of Vestates. A real estate and property management company that provides quality and affordable housing for both short and long term rent, sales and property management in the capital city Abuja.
Harold Okwa’s desire to solve problems for his home country (Nigeria) and the world stimulated by his entrepreneurial drive has guided him along his path in business.
